- Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions are made for our non-customized LED lamps and LED screens.
- To return an LED lamp or LED screen, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaged as received.
- Exchanges are offered for our products. Contact us for exchange details. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and receiving exchanged items.
- Products must be returned in the condition they were received to qualify for an exchange.

- For all other returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
